Additionally: These 203 icons are part of my Halfway There celebration. Okay, they are the celebration. As I have completed a bit over half of my icons100 Alex Krycek prompt table, I am posting the 55 finished icons and their variations (where applicable) in this one wrap-up post. I would consider it the first half of the ginormous Alex Krycek icon orgy. If you've done the math, by the way, it averages out to roughly three alternates per each icons100 icon. Not counting the magic 55, ten of the icons here have been seen before in this post. Consider this a peek into my creative process.

He's always been lovely, but these are exceptional. I am allowed to choose one. Notice I haven't been able to choose.

I wish they hadn't made the last few seasons so... you know, and put him there instead. I have been trying to watch them on sci-fi, but I have had a hard time getting through the later episodes. I think I just need some early dvd goodness.

I shall let you know which one I choose.

This is one of my favorite comments! Do you mind if I ask which colorings in particular you enjoyed?

If you couldn't tell, coloring angst tends to be behind most of the variations. Looking at these all together, I'm noticing certain trends, but I'm curious as to another's opinion.

(Speaking of great coloring, your icon just blows me away. It's so vibrant and kind of daring!)

I'm so glad you appreciate the variations! Putting these together, I was having trouble finding the differences in some of the very subtle alternates. I knew they were there, but I had trouble deciding if they would be of interest to anyone else.

Then I decided that if I had agonized over which I liked better initially, other people would probably be able to pick up on most of the differences, too, or enjoy trying to figure out what was different between the icons and coming up with their own favorites. Everyone has a different aesthetic, after all.

As to the subject, well... I must have decided that the world needed more Alex Krycek love. Or that I needed to stare at Alex Krycek more. I'm almost cured of that need at this point, though. *grin*

Anyway, thanks for checking them out and leaving a note!

Thanks! I know how rare Nick Lea icons are, which is one reason I chose him as my subject for this project. (If I did really bad, well, it's not like there are a lot of people who would notice... *grin*)

I have downloaded Kyle XY, but I haven't watched it yet. I saw a scene with him in it at the end of an episode once, and he certainly had some Krycekian intensity, which I found attractive.
